I'm Jonah, and I've been around boats my whole life, making long ocean passages since I was four years old. Since then I've sailed the South Pacific twice, spent years filming whales, and turned a lifetime on the water into a career capturing the vessels and places most people only dream of.

That background is the difference. I don't photograph yachts as an outsider. I understand them: how they move, how the light works on the water, what a captain and crew actually care about. Over 13 years I've filmed and photographed more than 120 yachts around the world.

What I love hasn't changed since those first passages: the filming itself, the travel to somewhere new, and the people. Meeting the crews who run these extraordinary boats, and telling the story of the vessel through them.
